Cancellation Policy

Deposits are taken to confirm your booking. Deposits are none refundable or transferable.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment (or 'no shows') will result in a cancellation fee (100% of the service) being charged/deposit being lost.

Colour appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or you will be charged full price.
